The renovation, carried out by EFC Studio, preserves the building’s distinctive features, including its original mouldings, woodwork and architectural details, integrating them with carefully selected materials and finishes to create functional, timeless spaces.

Within this setting, LuzÓptima has contributed Atelier Luxus electrical fittings and Prado sockets, solutions that reflect the attention to detail evident throughout the project.

The integration of these elements maintains the aesthetic coherence of the spaces, combining design, functionality and high-quality finishes.
